## Jim Jarrell

The legal industry is entering a period of structural transformation. Jim Jarrell works with law firm leaders who recognize that sustained growth requires more than marketing tactics or incremental adjustments. It requires intentional strategy, disciplined operations, and integrated systems that allow firms to plan, execute, and scale with precision.

As Founder and CEO of Lawgix Advisory Group, Jim advises law firms on the strategy and operational architecture required for long-term growth. His work focuses on designing the business systems that support sustainable expansion, including strategic planning, revenue architecture, operational design, financial analysis, and marketing transformation.

Whether guiding firmwide strategic initiatives, implementing CRM ecosystems such as HubSpot and Salesforce, or developing AI-supported business-planning frameworks, his objective remains consistent: help firms operate with greater clarity, accountability, and repeatable growth infrastructure.

Over more than fifteen years in senior law firm leadership, Jim directed business development, marketing, and operational strategy for AmLaw, regional, and boutique firms. His work has included firm rebrands, digital growth platforms, KPI-driven performance systems, and attorney-development programs designed to strengthen client pipelines and collaboration across practice groups.

Today, Jim’s advisory work increasingly helps solo, small, and mid-sized firms apply the strategic discipline typically associated with larger enterprises. Through consulting engagements and scalable planning tools, he helps firms move from reactive growth toward intentional expansion and build the foundation to operate as disciplined businesses.
